Our curated vendors will offer a unique selection of paper goods, men's & women's apparel, children's apparel/wares, photography, ceramics, illustration, posters, furniture, home goods, jewelry, packaged foods, vintage and beauty.

HOW DO I APPLY TO BE A VENDOR?

Just go to our application page. Make sure to click the submit button and then pay the $10 application fee.

​WHAT FEES ARE INVOLVED IN APPLYING AND PARTICIPATING AT THE SELF MADE MARKET?

Submitting a vendor application is a non-refundable fee of $10 for this event. Once we accept your application there will be a booth fee of $125. Booths are 6x6.

WHEN WILL VENDORS BE NOTIFIED?

Applications will close on September 29th. Vendors will be notified by October 9th

WHAT COMES WITH MY BOOTH IF I AM CHOOSEN TO BE A VENDOR?

All booth sizes are 6x6. Please bring your own table(s) and your own display materials. We have plenty of chairs to share. We also have a few tables (6x3), which are on a first come first serve basis. Please let us know if you would like one.
​Note: we do have a wall booth option which will allow for leaning item against a wall.


​Attention Food Vendors:  To be considered as a food vendor you must have a temporary food service permit from Dutchess County. This is the law. The cost of the permit is $30 and can be found online at: http://dutchessny.gov/countygov/departments/dbch/hdindexforms.htm or by calling 845-486-3404.  The application must be filed at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

Attention Alcohol Vendors: To be an alcohol vendor you must have all of the necessary licenses/permits, as stated by law.  For more information on what you will need please contact the State Liquor Authority by email at licensing.information@SLA.NY.gov, by phone 518-474-3114 or online at SLA.NY.gov ​enope​r INFO
